Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Foxglove Stone Energy Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
