Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Foxglove Lantern Auto Group is a Hartford company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
