Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Foxglove Bright Construction is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
