Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Highbridge Pine Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Buffalo, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
