Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Lumen Forge Farms is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
