Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Redstone Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Toledo region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
