Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Water Authority and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 336 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for billing accounts and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
