Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Fernwood Cross Facilities is a facilities company in Boise with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
