Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Cedar Birch Energy is an energy provider in Jackson focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
