Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Cedar Haven Auto Group is a Birmingham company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 879 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
