Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Redstone Rowan Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Toledo plant. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for production batches and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
