Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Beacon Manufacturing and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
