Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Construction Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
