Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Silverline Willow Manufacturing makes precision components in San Antonio. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
