Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Redstone Timber Construction is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
