Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Rivermark Ember Manufacturing Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
