Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Glen Inspection Services Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
