Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Greenridge Beacon Water Authority Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
