Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Silverline Junction Manufacturing is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
