Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Lumen Union Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Antonio. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for production batches and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
