Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Linden Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for grower contracts and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
