Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Northwind Cross Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Philadelphia region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
