Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Rivermark Clear Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Madison design routes and schedules, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
