Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Ironwood Glen Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tulsa, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
