Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Rivermark Basin Facilities is a facilities company in Kansas City with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
