Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Fernwood Linden Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Orlando with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
