Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Foxglove Cross Facilities is a facilities company in Indianapolis with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 993 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
