Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Fox Construction and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
