Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Clearpath Kestrel Water Authority is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
