Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Lumen Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Indianapolis region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
