Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Fernwood Ashton Facilities looks after properties across the San Antonio region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
