Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Foxglove Pine Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around St. Louis, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 869 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
