Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Stonegate Vale Water Authority Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for billing accounts and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
