Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Harborlight Yarrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Fresno. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
