Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Ironwood Bridge Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Detroit, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
