Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
