Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Foxglove Loom Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around El Paso. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
