Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Lumen Lakeside Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Providence, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 259 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
