Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Clearpath River Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Louisville area, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for meter reading and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
