Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Umber Inspection Services Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
