Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Northwind Oak Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Milwaukee. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
