Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Rivermark Kestrel Auto Group is a Milwaukee company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
