Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Transit Planning and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for fare systems and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
