Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Clearpath Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Tucson region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
