Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Summit Fox Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
