Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Bright Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Raleigh, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
