Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Silverline Quarry Energy Partners is an energy provider in Savannah focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
