Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Clear Environmental Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 306 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
