Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Amberfield Linden Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
