Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Harborlight Fox Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Tulsa, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 297 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
